Tony Stella's Encore has five dog-friendly tables outside. In 1860, General Charles Albright built the mansion that is now home to Tony Stella's Encore. The chef, Eric John, aims to create food that is pleasing to both the palate and the eye. For an entree, you can try their lemon and lime, cilantro marinated Ahi tuna, served over warm fresh ginger and snow pea salsa, with toasted sesame, red chili teriyaki glaze, and fried shoestring leeks. They also specialize in cocktails made with the powerful spirit, absinthe. The Sazerac is the oldest known cocktail pre-dating the civil war, made with absinthe and rye whiskey. Tony Stella's Encore is open Wednesday to Thursday from 12pm to 9pm, Friday to Saturday from 12pm to 10pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm. Visit Website
