Saigon Bowl is a simple, quick Vietnamese joint offering up authentic Banh Mi and build-your-own bowls, plus Crab Rangoon and things of that nature. Fido is welcome on the dog-friendly patio with seven tables! However, it�s counter-service, so be sure to tie Fido up outside before coming in. Create your own combination of Vietnamese flavors by choosing between rice, noodles, bread or salad, then add your meat or tofu, and top it off with vegetables. Saigon Bowl is open in Omaha from 11:00am to 9:00pm Monday through Saturday and 11:00am to 8:00pm on Sunday.
