The Red Onion
Built at the height of the silver boom in 1892, the historic Red Onion is one of the oldest restaurant saloons in the country. This dog-friendly establishment offers twelve outdoor tables for dogs and their owners. One of the big plates on the menu is the grilled Rocky Mountain Trout, stuffed with crab, covered in white wine butter sauce boursin, and served with cheese mashed potatoes. The Red Onion is open every day of the week from 11am to 2am.
