Not the bar pictured above (as of 8/18/17)
Check Google street view to see the correct picture of the bar. Nice joint. Can't speak to dog friendliness, since I only get to Liberty during SXSW and it's too crowded for gods then. But be aware it's not the cool-looking building pictured above.
