Chile Rojo is a Mexican eatery that serves up delicious, authentic cuisine. Choose from a variety of menu options including appetizers, dips, fajitas, quesadillas, burritos, enchiladas, tacos, tamales, chimichangas, chicken, beef, seafood, salads, vegetarian dishes, and more. Fido is more than welcome to join you at one of their many pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start with the Chile Rojo Nachos - a bed of crispy tortilla chips piled high with beans, tender beef, grilled chicken, shrimp, chorizo, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, and cheese sauce. Next, chow down on the Quesadilla a la Diabla - a large cheese quesadilla stuffed with grilled shrimp cooked with onions and habanero sauce, served with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado slices. Chile Rojo is open Monday through Thursday from 11:00am to 10:00pm, Friday through Saturday from 11:00am to 10:30pm, and Sunday from 11:00am to 9:30pm.

Great fast service and good food. I did bring a collapsible water bowl for my pup. There was a lot of shade on the patio!

We passed through and we’re delighted to find this gem along the way. The food was excellent and welcomed our furry one with open arms! He patio is pleasant and lots of shade!
