Dogs are allowed at Besos Kitchen and Cocktails, where they offer lots of seats on their lower, uncovered patio for dogs and their owners. Built in 1880, the building has always housed a tavern of some description and being so old, you may hear the rumors of a still yet undiscovered, slave escape tunnel leading to the waterfront. Now, the building is home to a bistro serving a menu filled with modern American meals and dishes from around the world.
