Cherie's

Sit down at one of the four outdoor tables at the pet-friendly Cherie's Bakery, and check out the menu of baked good and sandwiches. Cherie's has been serving the Kennebunk area since 1995. They are baking up a variety of treats like muffins, coffee cakes, sticky buns, and croissants, daily. If you stop by for lunch, they offer cold and hot sandwiches, including Paulie's Italian, loaded with Italian meats, and the vegetarian Hummus sandwich. On the third Friday of the month, Cherie's has free wine tastings too. Open Monday through Thursday 7:30am to 6:00pm, Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm, and Saturday 7:30am to 6pm. Closed on Sunday. Handful of Outside Tables Welcome Dogs
There aren't many outside tables, but if one is open, they are pet-friendly. Water bottles are sold inside, and some of the businesses on the walk along Main Street have water bowls outside. Incredibly friendly staff and a wide selection of pastries, muffins, quiches, soups, and more.
We had coffee (Carpe Diem is the coffee roaster) and pastries. Our dog was happy to share a little bit of my carrot muffin. Mostly, he loved the people walking by with other dogs.
