This vegan, gluten-free food truck has a few outdoor pet-friendly tables where you can sit with your dog, depending on location. Check their calendar first. Falacos specializes in a taco and falafel hybrid called the Taco Ball. There are a few varieties of the balls that rotate like the Dr. Thumbs, with cheesy herb hummus and spinach, or the Texas, with dill pickle hummus, chopped slaw and BBQ sauce. The truck also offers hummus and veggies, salads and Nutty Chocolate Balls, made with cashews and dates. Hours vary depending on the location.
