Started by a husband and wife team in Downtown Frederick, Hootch and Banter offers a quaint dog-friendly outdoor patio for guests. The restaurant mixes a casual atmosphere with fine dining cuisine like Wild Boar Osso Bucco and Pistachio Crusted Cod. Hootch and Banter also boasts a large selection of spirits, in particular whiskeys and bourbons. Lunch, dinner, brunch and late night menus are available. Open Tuesday through Thursday 11:30am to 9pm, Friday 11:30am to 10:00pm, and Sunday 11:30am to 9:00pm. Closed on Monday.

Love this place, stopped in for lunch on weekend, pets welcomed outside albeit there outside seating is limited.....staff is extremely friendly and food was exceptional....nice drink selection as well.
