Fireflour Pizzeria and Craft Coffee Bar serves up authentic, Neapolitan-style pizzas, gelato, and baked goods, plus a wide selection of wines and a full espresso bar. Fido is welcome to join you at the dog-friendly outdoor seating! Pick up a Zamboni Cold Brew coffee, then try the Umbria pizza with scallions, red onions, and Berkshire fennel sausage; the crust is made from scratch and ferments for 48 hours before being baked in a wood-fired oven that reaches temperatures of 900 degrees. Every pizza is available with gluten-free crust as well. Fireflour Pizzeria and Craft Coffee Bar is open from 11:00am to 10:00pm Monday through Saturday; the coffee bar opens at 7:00am Monday through Friday and 8:00am on Saturday.

Best food we ate in our trip across country. Plenty of outdoor seating and owners were accommodating for our dog. Highly recommend their pizza and breakfast toasts.
