Taboon is a classy eatery that serves up a variety of Middle Eastern dishes in a casual, comfortable environment. Choose from menu options including bread, starters, soups, salads, chicken, seafood, beef, lamb, kebabs, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their eight pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with an order of the Spanish Octopus with Yukon gold confit potato salad, herbs, avocado, Kalamata olives, and preserved lemon vinaigrette. Next, dig into the Terra Cotta Lamb Kebabs with Mediterranean pot pie, Colorado ground lamb, charred onion, plum tomatoes, pine nuts, and flatbread. Or go for the Ricotta Gnocchi with dried porcini mushroom sauce, seasonal mushrooms, spinach, and parmesan. Taboon is open Monday through Friday from 5pm to 11pm, Saturday from 5pm to 11:30pm, and Sunday from 11am to 10pm.
