Park Plates Restaurant has lots of dog-friendly seating outside. Owen Lee and Locke Johnston provide the varied cuisine available at Park Plates. Owen Lee's Cuban ancestry and love of travel have influenced his interest in ethnic cuisine. Locke Johnston has worked across the country and cooked food for the likes of Bill Clinton, Julia Child, Michel Gorbachev, and Bono. The two combine to bring you small plates, medium plates, and entrees. One of their entrees is a dry rub, pan roasted, skirt steak, with tomato raisin demi, cheese polenta, and sauteed greens. Park Plates Restaurant is open Tuesday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm and Friday to Saturday from 5pm to 9:30pm.
