You are welcome to bring your dog into order your ice cream scoop or sandwich at the pet-friendly Ruby Jewel, then grab a seat at one of the outdoor benches. Ruby Jewel has been serving up artisan ice cream and ice cream sandwiches since 2004, and has three Portland area locations. Using almost two dozen local farmers and producers, the shop offers daily rotating and seasonal flavors like Banana Cream Pie and Strawberry Basil, alongside their ""always"" flavors like Cookies and Cream and Honey Lavender. Visitors say to try one of the ice cream sandwiches, which come in over eight varieties. Open daily 12pm to 11pm."
