Bo Kwan's KOi Fusion started out as a food truck and now has five locations, including the pet-friendly Tigard. There are plenty of outdoor tables for your and your pup to check out the Korean fusion menu, which has been featured in the New York Times and CNN. Using local ingredients and grass-fed beef, the menu has items like tacos, burritos and cheesesteaks, all with a Korean twist. You can choose between tofu, chicken, pork, short rib, or steak for any dish like the Seoul Slider and the Rice Bowl. Open Monday through Saturday 11am to 8pm, Sunday 11am to 6pm.
