There are five outdoor tables at this pet-friendly whiskey and southern food inspired restaurant. All the meats at Southland Whiskey are cured, smoked and prepared in house, like the House Cured Ham and Mesquite Grilled Chicken Thighs. Visitors say to try the Pulled Pork. Just looking for a snack? Crispy Pork Rinds and house-made Salt and Vinegar Chips are available to crunch on. There are over a hundred varieties of whiskeys on the drink menu, and flights are available for those who want to try a taste of a few different kinds. Divided by region or type, you can even try local whiskeys from Oregon. Open Monday through Thursday 11am to 12am, Friday 11am to 1am, Saturday 10am to 1am, and Sunday 10am to 12am.
