For breakfast, indulge guilt-free in an order of whole wheat pancakes topped with berries and banana slices. For lunch or dinner, try a salad topped with your choice of protein like boiled Gulf shrimp, grilled chicken or grilled fish. Dig in Gulf is open Monday through Thursday from 8am until 7pm, Friday through Saturday from 8am until 10pm, and Sunday from 10am until 2:30pm.
