The shop is known for its Torpasta, an Italian roll that is hollowed, toasted and stuffed with Italian dishes. Its menu includes starters, pizzas, and many items with the "Tor" label, from salads to pasta to sandwiches, they can all be piled into Italian rolls. Diners with room for dessert can dig into a Tortuga, which is vanilla bean ice cream sandwiched between two baked fresh chocolate chip cookies.
