Bamboo Bistro is a dog-friendly restaurant serving Vietnamese dishes in an elegant and cozy atmosphere. Visitors to the Bistro with Fido in tow can head to one of the tables on its big patio to dine alongside their dog. Guests are asked to call ahead before planning their visit. Bamboo Bistro's menu is comprised of appetizers, an array of spring rolls, salads, pho, Thai soups, noodle dishes, curry, wok, stir-fried rice meals, and specialty plates such as Grilled Eggplant with Shrimp, Steamed Chilean Sea Bass, and Tiger Prawns and Garlic Noodles. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in a Banana Crepe or a Classic French Macaron. Bamboo Bistro is open Sunday from 12pm to 9pm, Monday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm and Friday and Saturday from 11am to 10pm.
