Texas inspired, Armadillo Willy's BBQ is a dog-friendly restaurant, located on Tassajara Road, serving wood-fired bbq to Dublin locals and tourists alike. Visitors to the bbq joint with Fido in tow can head to one of its six outdoor tables to dig into a Carolina Chopped BBQ Pork Salad, which is greens piled high with pulled pork, double-smoked bacon, smoked mozzarella cheese, tomato, onion, cornbread croutons, crispy onions, and honey-dijon dressing. Armadillo Willy's menu includes soups, salads, signature bbq sandwiches, burgers, classic sides, and Texas BBQ Plates such as Certified Angus Beef Prime Brisket, Baby Back Ribs, Doc's Salt and Pepper Turkey Breast, Texas Jalapeno-Cheese Sausage, and Pit-Smoked Boneless Chicken. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in cookies, a Root Beer Float or a Pecan-Honey Shortbread Bar.
