Located in Granada Hills Village, the Belgium Waffle Haus uses real, authentic pearl sugar, imported from Belgium, to make authentic waffles. Their chefs make waffles daily, from scratch, using a seventeen-hour dough fermentation process, and cast iron waffle machines to finish off the process. The sweet section of the menu includes the Haus Banana Split: waffles topped with ice cream, assorted fruit, chocolate syrup, Oreo Cookies, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Yummy
The food was yummy! On Yelp it says no dogs allowed but we asked if we can bring our pup to the outdoor dining area and they gave us the green light! It wasn’t very busy but it gets really crowded during the week due to the high school near by. So something to take in mind.
