Acquavite, located in La Jolla, CA, is an intimate Italian eatery that serves up a variety of delicious dishes. Choose from menu options including starters, soups, salads, pizza, pasta, chicken, veal, seafood, lamb, steak, and more. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their many pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal (calling ahead is highly recommended.) Start off with an order of the Midollo Di Blue - roasted bone marrow with Maldon sea salt, and herb-infused olive oil. Next, chow down on the Cinghiale E Rosmarino - braised wild boar ragout with rosemary scented risotto and Parmesan Reggiano. Or go for the Filetto Al Pepe Verde - an eight-ounce grass-fed filet mignon with Madagascar peppercorn-Armagnac sauce. Acquavite is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11:30am to 9pm, Friday through Saturday from 11:30am to 9:30pm, and Sunday from 11:30am to 9pm.
