Central in Laguna Beach offers organic Peruvian dining with a modern aesthetic and rustic dishes. Fido can join you for a unique experience at their many dog-friendly tables outside. The menu features handhelds like sandwiches and burgers along with mains like the Roasted Salmon, Gnocchi and Scallops, or Braised Lamb Shank. There are many gluten-free menu items, too. The beverage menu features a diverse wine list and tons of craft cocktails with free corkage on Tuesdays. Live music is available every Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 8pm. Central is open Monday from 4pm to 9pm, Tuesday through Wednesday from 11am to 9pm, Thursday from 11am to 10pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 11pm, and Sunday from 11am to 9pm.
