  Great Beer Selection

  This place is great! Yummy fresh food, lots of vegan and vegetarian options and many beers on tap. Large outdoor seating area for dogs to hangout at.

  Great place for you and your pooch

  Super dog friendly and the food is awesome. There are dog bowls that are provided that you can fill for your pup and there is even a small fenced in dog park so that you can let your pooch play with others while you eat! I will say that the only downside is that you have to go inside to order and you can’t bring your dog in and sometimes the line to order is long sometimes, especially on busy days but I still love this place and will most definitely return!!

  I just relocated to San Antonio with my dog. I found my way here and was looking forward to good food and relaxing with my pup. I'm sure I would have enjoyed it but wasn't able to. You have to go inside to order food and dogs aren't allowed inside. Had my first wattaburger that day. There won't be anymore of those!

  Great place

  I had to wait 50 minutes in line (no kidding) before I ordered food, so come early. Great for dogs and kids. I'm not sure the food was worth a 50 minute wait, however.

  Atmosphere Great, food ok

  Great casual spot, plenty of outdoor seating. I expected the food to be better. It was ok, just not great in my opinion.

  Dogs definitely welcome

  The doggy run and availability of doggy water bowls is a definite plus. The run is just dirt and gravel surrounded by chain link fencing, but it does the job and has a refillable water bowl in it as well.

  best dog friendly restaurant

  This is the best dog friendly restaurant I been in San Antonio. They have a dog run and your dog can play with others. They also just open a dog grooming inside.

  Very friendly

  The Cove was very dog friendly- they had a large patio section to sit in and even had a 'doggy run' where you could take your dog to play.

  Love this dive!

  Food was so delicious. Cold beer and a friendly waiter, dog friendly, brought cold water outside for our 2 boys. we will return to this place.
