Lucille's Smokehouse BBQ in Woodland Hills is a dog-friendly BBQ joint where Fido can join you at an outdoor table, and even gets his own dog menu! Lucille, the founder, learned the secrets of the BBQ from her grandmother before the second world war. After deciding that her grandmother's food was too good not to share, she opened up her restaurant and the company has grown and grown ever since. Nowadays, the BBQ menu includes brisket, chicken, St. Louis spare ribs, sausage and tri-tip. In addition, the kitchen churns out a number of specialties, including BBQ shrimp, jambalaya, pasta and gumbo.
