Ruby's Diner is a casual eatery that serves up American classics. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their three pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Try the Butcher Block Omelette stuffed with shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack and your choice of meat (bacon, turkey bacon, country ham, sausage, veggie sausage, or turkey sausage.) Or stop in for lunch and order the Sriracha Burger topped with sriracha hot chili sauce, two slices of pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, bacon, leaf lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and cilantro mayo! Ruby's Diner is open Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 8am to 10pm.
