Originally built in 1881 by William Henry Dickens, a relative of author Charles Dickens, The Dickens Tavern is a dog-friendly, haunted restaurant housed in the Dickens Opera House. Dog owners hoping to sniff out one of its paranormal entities can head to one of the outdoor seats to enjoy their meal alongside their canine companion. This restaurant is under new management but still very dog friendly. we had a great meal on the patio, and our dog was treated well.
