Nicky's Quickie is a dog-friendly restaurant serving Greek gyros to Minturn locals and tourists alike. Nicky's offers two outdoor tables to dog owners wanting to dig into an Eggie Salad alongside Fido. The Greek restaurant's menu is comprised of salads, soups, sides such as Healthy Fried Potatoes Latkes, Organic Red Quinoa Tabulie, and Preservative Free-Hummus, baskets of sandwiches, burgers, and a Pita Dog, and platters of fish, vegetables, gyro meat, and falafel. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in Homemade Baklava or a Simple Sundae and sip on a Greek Coffee made in a Briki. Nicky's Quickie is open Monday through Sunday from 11:30am to 8:00pm.
