Branding itself as 'the place to go for big and bold backyard taste,' Back Yard Burgers is a dog-friendly restaurant, located on Main Street, serving 'straight from the grill' dishes to Madison locals and tourists alike. six outdoor tables are available to dog owners with Fido in tow, wanting to dig into a Chipotle Burger piled high with Black Angus beef, chipotle mayo, cheddar, smoky bacon, crispy onion straws, tomato, pickles, and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. The restaurant's menu includes Black Angus burgers, veggie, chicken and turkey burgers, salads, fries and sides such as Fried Pickles, a Loaded Baked Potato, Cole Slaw, and a Cup of Chili. Milk Shakes and Fresh-Baked Cobbler are available to top it all off. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.

We were able to enjoy a hamburger and onion rings at the outside porch. The burgers were great and the weather perfect to enjoy with our 2 labradors. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 bones rating was the workers weren’t friendly and no water was offered for the dogs
