Like the build-your-own-burrito concept, PepperJax Grill lets diners create custom cheesesteaks and bowls. You can choose between Steak, Spicy Italian Sausage, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Smoked Brisket, and Veggie. Top it with cheese and douse it in jalapeno juice for a spicy kick.
