If the weather is nice, Fido can join you at one of Tinto's pet-friendly high tops. Many of the ingredients used in the restaurant are sourced from the owner's sustainable, organic, forty-acre farm in Ottsville, PA. For dinner, you may want to try the diver scallops: quince, uni emulsion, parsnip, and crispy serrano. For brunch, the especialidades list includes sangria pancakes, served with red wine syrup, seasonal fruit, and whipped cream. Tinto's is open Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 10pm, Friday to Saturday from 5pm to 12am, and Sunday from 10:30am to 10:00pm.
