Mimi's Cafe
Open all day, Mimi's Cafe on Medical Center Parkway is a great place to bring Fido for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This neighborhood cafe serves lots of American dishes, like soups, appetizers, sides, items from the grill, and a number of classic dishes. If you're looking for a taste of France, you can try something from their Touch of France menu. This European selection includes coastal shrimp pasta, roasted chicken crepes, chicken and shrimp jambalaya, quiche Florentine, and Provencal veggie pasta. For dessert, you can indulge in a French silk slab pie, a chocolate custard petite parfait, or a slice of creme brulee cheesecake. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.

I love their food and service. But unfortunately if it's raining not pup friendly. Their patio is not covered.
