This pet-friendly restaurant is the bee's knees. Literally. Apis Restaurant and Apiary has bees on site and features honey in many of their craft cocktails. You'll want to make a reservation for this fine dining spot. The menu at Apis is Prix fix only, and it changes depending on what's in season and available. You may find dishes like Sunflower Miso Glazed Salmon, Seared Hudson Valley Fois Gras, and Charred Spanish Octopus. On Fridays and Saturdays, Apis offers a five-course Chef's tasting menu. End your meal with Sweet Corn Mousse or Cheese and Apis Honey. Open Wednesday through Saturday 5pm to close.
