    Quaint, ok food, romantic

This place has a very small alley with 5 tables that can accommodate dogs. It is a very tight space. We went late and there was one other little dog so it worked out this time but if it was busier we wouldn’t have been able to dine with our two tiny dogs. Food was ok but not incredible. The music was really nice and the lights outside were pretty which made for a nice romantic ambiance.

    Charming and Delicious

The off-street covered patio area is great for medium to small dogs. Server offered us water for our dog when she asked us if we wanted any, perfect. The food menu has something for everyone and is fresh, local, and so delicious (we had the crunchy cauliflower and butternut squash ravioli).

    Not really dog friendly

We have two well behaved medium size dogs. A corgi and a small 54 lbs bulldog. There was not enough room in this cute court yard. We barely sat down and figured out it wasn't going to work. The manager wasn't sure either when we came in. Maybe if you gave a small dog

Amazing covered 'outdoor' side porch---with tremendous food!

Just had a great dinner with my dog at Gabriela's on their side porch that is covered and mostly enclosed just off the side of the restaurant. It's a narrow space but comfortable for my medium to large dog---60 pounds!--to lay next to the table without getting in the way of customers coming and going thru the entrance. Enjoyed a glass of rose' with a starter of brussel sprouts and a main dish of butternut squash gnocchi and ended with the strawberry shortcake--with biscuits as the 'bread' portion of the shortcake. Each entree was delicious! Great place to check out off the main street in downtown Santa Cruz. Fantastic service, too!

    great food and ambiance

They even gave our pup some short rib and turned on the heater for us. There was even a mandolin player. Highly recommended!????????
