Anthes Ferments, located in Langley, WA, is a unique eatery that specializes in delicious, Asian-style pickled fare. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. (Pups may be able to enjoy a freshly-charred bratwurst upon request!) Humans can start off with an order of the Korean Pickle Plate with kimchi napa cabbage, Korean radish, and fresh kimchi cucumbers. Next, chow down on the Grilled Lamb Skewer with pita, sumac yogurt, spicy chickpea spread, rice, and seasonal veggies. Or go for the Roasted Duck Ramen Bowl with roasted duck, fresh noodles, shoyu egg, nori, and spicy duck broth. Anthes Ferments is open Sunday through Monday from 12pm to 8pm, Thursday from 1pm to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 12pm to 9pm.
