  A great place!

  we found the Maine Beer Co. on Bring Fido and were NOT disappointed. it’s a beautiful place, delicious food, and the area for dogs is a very nice covered patio. very clean and comfortable for humans and dogs!❤️

  Great dog place

  Loved that dogs are welcome in two different areas, including shade. Lots of clean dog water bowls, staff was so great with dogs, we loved it!

  Awesome spot!

  beautiful patio with covered or uncovered seating. pup got lots of pets and was comfortable on a warmer day. beer and pizza are tasty, recommend a reservation so you can get a spot outside. gets busy around 4pm even during weekdays.

  had lunch here last week. very dog friendly and staff was very friendly! pizza is fantastic as well as the charcuterie board. highly recommend.

  Great beer and food. They have covered outdoor dining that is perfect for dogs. Also, they have water bowls!

  Very welcoming to dogs

  Stopped here for lunch while shopping in Freeport. The staff were very friendly to our dog and we sat outside under a covered tent. There were several other dogs with other parties and water bowls around for refreshment. Good pizza!

  Dog Friendly Again During COVID!

  I was camping in the Freeport area and Maine Beer Company was high on my visit list. I saw that they had stopped allowing dogs in June from BringFido reviews but I’m happy to say that they are allowing them again! Plenty of covered patio seating, we were able to make a reservation on a sunny Saturday. Dogs were not allowed inside where ordering occurs so I would not recommend for solo travelers with pets. Great experience!

  Was a Nice Place To Go...

  we are from out of town and loved stopping here with our pups in the past.
  we made a reservation and mentioned we had two dogs, took a special trip (2 hour drive) to come have lunch with the pups. when we got there they said they do not allow dogs currently due to dogs encouraging congregation.
  It would have been nice to have that either in their COVID instructions or Someone call us back since I mentioned we had dogs when the reservation was booked.

  Dogs welcome on patio

  Maine Beer Company has an awesome patio with heat lamps, tons of seating, and plenty of dog water bowls. You can order beer, flights, pizza and pretzels inside. Only service animals are allowed inside, but the dog friendly patio more than makes up for it.
