  Ok for dogs

  Dog are more tolerated than allowed. Dog friendly patio. but can not be give water. nice views. food is ok.

  Patio section for dogs

  While staying in Dana Point with our dog, you have to select restaurant that has an outdoor patio and allows them. The Wind & Sea has a designated patio area for dogs, but no community welcoming doggie water bowl, lucky we always bring water and a bowl for our dog. There are about six round tables with umbrellas. We ordered the Fried Calamari, Fish n’ Chips and the Seafood Pasta (with wine sauce). The food was good, seating outside with harbor view was good with great weather that day. They are not setup as to order doggie items.

  Ok for dogs

  My dog gives it 3 bones. Small area, but nice, waitress was really sweet and loved the dogs. However, asked for waters for my Elie and was told that they weren’t allowed. My Bloody Mary was excellent but poor dog didn’t have any options. Least they could do is offer a bowl after a long walk on the harbor. Didn’t orders food but views are nice.

  Not ideal!

  This 70's time capsule of a restaurant does have good food but the atmosphere is terrible. Even worse for dog owners. Our dogs are barely welcome and must sit in a small smoker's section. Waterman's is a much better option.

  Terrible experience

  Took friends from out of town to lunch including their dog. The service was great as always. The prices are high for lunch. But the atmosphere of where you can sit with a dog was horrible. Tiny tables that we could move together as the hostess told us. Then a fire pit with ash trays. No umbrellas. We don't take our dog to restaurants for these reasons.

  Great place to eat with awesome atmosphere!

  The bar is awesome! Has a great happy hour. Their signature Mai Tai is great and the patio is outside right on the water has the best views.
