    Huge disappointment!

After the great reviews, we decided to go there for dinner. It took over 15 minutes for a server to come, she didn’t address our shellfish allergy and got our order wrong. I wish I had video to show the server stepping on our dog. We never complain but I would never suggest this restaurant to anyone. If I could give a zero bone rating, I would!

    Dog Approved

We had a great time at Sweetwaters. It is a very dog friendly establishment. Bari the Lagotto loved it!!! We did, too.

    Very dog friendly!

We were walking by and saw lots of dogs on the patio so we decided to stop. They did a nice job of seating people with dogs so they were spaced out. Brought Zola a bowl of water right away. The food was delicious and our server Jake was great and made good recommendations for both dinner and dessert.

Not as dog friendly as you think...

We were informed that the outside seating is the only place that is dog friendly. If there’s no seats or they’re not using outside at all you can’t bring your dog at all unless it’s a service dog. Just a heads up, you can not get them on the phone!! You have to make the reservation online, where you can say you have a dog but still may not be able to bring them in.
Other then that they were great, service, food and drinks:)

    Great Food

I sat with my dog in the outside heated enclosure and the staff was more than accommodating. It was 15 degrees outside but the heaters made it comfortable enough to eat without a jacket. They also offered me to eat inside but I preferred being away from other tables

    Great Place to Eat

The servers were very accommodating to my boyfriend and me and our two dogs. As soon as we sat down, our server brought the dogs a bowl of water and made sure that they were doing okay the entire time we were there. We have eaten here in the past without the dogs, and the restaurant was excellent then as well. Overall, Sweetwater is a great place to eat.

    Great place on Church St

Great restaurant on the pedestrian street of Burlington. They brought my pup a water bowl before asking the table what they want, they know how to treat the pets right :)
