  Horrific experience!

  This by far was the worst dinner experience I ever had. Definitely, do not bring your pet or service animal to this restaurant as they make you well aware that they do not like them in this restaurant. The food was over salty, and nothing special. The portion sizes were small, which I could live with if the food was actually quality. We also had an issue with the waiter, which ended in a very rude, female manager approaching our table with negativity vibes. All around our bill was a little over $400 for 4 people and I felt like it was such a waste of money. I’m guessing the only way they’re staying open is the fact that they have that nice view but I definitely won’t be back.

  nasty area, dogs have to stay in the back area, not by water at all, the guy seating us was rude, didn’t even get a server, we left when the group beside us lit up cigarettes. it looks very scummy. would not eat there.

  Great dog friendly restaurant. Fresh water and special treats for our dog. Service and food was very good too!!!

  Dirty Location, But Good Food

  The food was good, but the location is so dirty I felt gross letting my dog sitting on the floor outside. Flies and dirty food everywhere.

  Great fresh oysters and cold beer.

  Our dog, Ralph, was greeted with a bowl of ice water. Not fancy but oysters were fresh and dogs are very welcome.

  Not So Much:(

  The food was decent, but difficult to digest when you have an environment as unclean as this restaurant. It is unsanitary and the Mgr does not care, we have come down a few times to try Castaway's and each time, after complaining, the Owner, John seemed arrogant and very rude, he does not care and does not take pride in his business, so he doesn't get our money anymore!

  Don't Eat Here!!!!

  Right next door to a seedy trailer park...for a reason, folks! This was the big talk from the "locals", mind you. Some say a "hidden gem", more like "nasty phlegm". One step inside and you will see the deplorable, old, dirty decor, and that says a lot. Against my better judgment, we stayed for a drink and and started to share Sushi. It was a Saturday evening and while the food seemed fresh, as I was about to enjoy my delicious tuna roll, I noticed a mouse crawling around the floor!! I wanted to throw up, I literally left my food, spoke to my friends and we paid and left. It still sickens us to this day thinking about it! We didn't bother complaining because you could easily tell by the appearance of the low-class staff and patrons, they are well aware of a filthy environment. Not the type of people we want to have a conversation with while they appeared to be drinking heavily. All around a grimy, revolting restaurant.The cats sitting at the tables, in the restaurant is a nice touch...barf..vomit!!! You would think they would eat the mice, probably too many to catch!!!2 thumbs down, and a punch in my gut for even talking my friends into walking in this nasty place!

  So Good!!!

  The other night my family (wife and lab) ate the best meal we've had since visiting the Keys. The sushi roll appetizer was perfect and so were our main dishes. The waiter brought out water and a couple scraps for our pup. I was very impressed with the service and the food!
