  Great Place For Dogs

  Pawfect Lunch

  We stopped in for lunch. My husband went inside to tell them we had three dogs and the server said he’d meet us around back. He was there with our dog-friendly table ready and there’s a great river view. Food was delicious too!

  The chef made my pup grilled chicken fingers for the kids meal so he could have a snack!

  Nice day

  Food was good but hostess stand is in the middle of the restaurant. Usually I travel solo with my dog so it was fortunate I had someone with me to watch her while I checked us in.

  excellent lunch

  We stopped in for lunch and had a terrific experience. The host went out of his way to come outside & make sure we could find our way from the street back to the patio & had our table waiting. The service was impeccable, our sandwiches were delicious, and our dog was given a big cup of cold water. There's lots of shade between the umbrellas & the trees & they have a couple of big fans on the patio, so it was comfortable. There's one or two tables on the porch so might be an option even on a rainy day.

  Avoid this place

  We have had a terrible experience there tonight 4/28/2012. The table across from us loudly objected to us having a dog because the thought "only service dogs" should be allowed in restaurants. We said nothing to them. The man complained to the manager Jeremy, and although we had been there more than an hour without any problem, the manager demanded that we leave. Our entrees had just arrived. The man who complained stuck his tongue out at us! Please do not trust this place.

  Wonderful dinner

  And yes with our Lab mix. Granted race is used to deck eating ( it is a little small when fully seated) but the staff was awesome and the dinner delious. The clam and spinach linguinie is awesome and enough for 2.

  Great way to start a Staycation

  It was a beautiful day to sit out on the porch with our large dog. We always have a really hard time finding somewhere to eat because everyone seems to feel that small dogs are safer than large ones. The Factory Creek Shrimp Salad was wonderful as was the thoughtful service! The Bacon Swiss Burger was excellent and our grandpuppy loved the second patty!

  Love the shrimp and grits

  We sat out on the back porch. There were a few other folks with the dogs too. The service was top rate even during a busy night during the town's waterfront celebration. I had their shrimp and grits and am looking forward to going back again.
