Red Water Cafe serves sushi, salads, fresh seafood, and grilled meats, most of which are prepared with organic foods from local farms. Menu items include guava-braised boneless short rib served on a bed of mustard cabbage and onions and finished with wasabi and tomatoes, lillikoi chicken yellow curry, house-smoked Berkshire pork kabobs, and seared ahi. The cafe also hosts a popular happy hour with specials on their herb-inspired cocktails and pupus available from 5pm - 6pm everyday that they are open.
