A few years ago, they decided to take their love to the next level and opened the Meat Hook BBQ. Interestingly, the name of the restaurant comes from a patent they received for the first ergonomic meat handling hook. Although their menu is small, it is mighty, including sandwiches, homemade sides, and dinners. You can take a bite out of a brisket, tuck into some Texas taters, and wash it all down with a Frozen Run Birch Beer.
