The breakfast menu is full of wholesome sounding dishes that can be made vegan with tofu for a small fee. One of the stand-out dishes is the herb scramble with rosemary roasted potatoes: herbed eggs topped with sharp cheddar, served with rosemary potatoes, garlic aioli, salsa, and a choice of toast or tortilla.
