Fido is welcome to join you at one of their three pet-friendly outdoor tables while you kickstart your morning. Try the Grasshopper Latte with creme de menthe and dark chocolate. Dogs are welcome indoors and out at this coffee bar located inside The Hip Hound, a boutique pet store in Portland. Java Hound serves special goat milk puppuccinos for dogs in addition to coffee, espresso, tea, and pastries. Mark your calendars for the coffee bar's Yappy Hour, which takes place every third Thursday, from 5 to 7 pm, for wine and beer tastings and snacks for both humans and dogs.
