Start off with a glass of wine and an order of the Beets - salt-baked beets with deep-fried chevre, dried capers, herb salad, and honey. Next, tuck into the Witch Flounder with spinach, shallots, deep-fried roast onions, parsnip puree, and champagne foam. Or go for the Chuck Steak with potato stomp, sugar peas and carrots, leeks, and cloud. Salt & Sill is open daily 12pm to 9pm.
