Pets in the Cabin
Unfortunately, small pets are not permitted to fly in the cabin with Airlink.
Pets in Checked Baggage
Small to medium dogs and cats may be accepted for transport as checked baggage with Airlink. Two adult animals up to 30 lbs (14 kg) each, who are used to each other, may be shipped in the same carrier. Animals who exceed this weight must travel individually.
Carrier Guidelines
For pets traveling as checked baggage, carriers must be IATA-approved. Carriers must be rigid, well-ventilated, and have a strong door system. Animals must be able to stand up, turn around, and lie down comfortably inside. Animals traveling on longer flights must be provided with water inside their carrier.
Other Restrictions
Airlink recommend that snub-nosed animals are provided with more space in the front of their carriers to allow them to breathe while in the air.
