    Avianca

Avianca treated out dog Gypsy wonderfully on flights from Houston, TX to Bogota, Colombia in 10/2022. Now, with regulations changed, we are finding it difficult to find international flights which will allow us to bring her back. Many South American airlines partner with US based airlines for the final leg of the trip into the country and US airlines offering international service are not currently allowing dogs in hold....anyone crack this problem recently?
