Passengers are permitted to bring one small pet on board if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 15 lbs (7kg). There is a limit of five pets allowed in economy and 1 pet in business on each flight. Pets must be four months old to fly. Animals must be clean, healthy and free of unpleasant odors. The fee for this service is $150 each way in the economy cabin and $300 each way in the business cabin.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers can be either transported in a rigid crate or flexible bag. Carriers must not exceed 17" x 12" x 8" (43 cm x 31.5 cm x 20 cm).
