Only 2 pets are permitted to travel in the cabin on each Bahamas Air flight.

Small cats and dogs over 8 weeks old can travel in the cabin with Bahamas Air if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 20 lbs (9 kg). Each passenger is permitted to travel with 1 pet carrier in the cabin. Fido must remain inside their carrier underneath the seat in front of you for the duration of the journey. The fee for transporting pets in the cabin is $75 each way. A maximum of two pets will be allowed in the cabin on any flight.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the dimensions of 10” x 15” x 14” (25 cm x 38 cm x 35 cm). Pet must be able to stand up, turn around and lie down in a natural position in the carrier.

Bahamas Air may refuse animals that are exhibiting aggressive behavior.
