Pet reservations must be made at least 1 week prior to your departure date. Pets carried in the cabin cannot travel in the first or emergency exit rows. Passengers with pets must be seated in the window seat.

Small pets can travel in the cabin on select flights if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 16 lbs (7 kg). Pets must be at least 7 months old to be accepted on board. The fee for pets traveling in the cabin is 50 EUR for middle distance flights and 70 EUR for long distance flights.

Pets heavier than 16 lbs (7 kg) will be transported as checked baggage in the ventilated hold instead. The fee for pets traveling as checked baggage is 75 EUR on middle distance flights and 85 EUR on long distance flights.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the limits of 21" x 14" x 10" (55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm). Additionally, carriers must be waterproof and lockable.

Only 4 pets can be transported within the passenger cabin on each flight. The following breeds of dog are not permitted to fly on Carendon Dutch Airlines flights: Pitbull Terrier, American Pitbull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bullterrier, Bullterrier, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero, Kangal (Karabaş), Kafkas Shepherd Dog, Mastiff, and Mastino Napoleta.
