Passengers who want to bring a pet along should contact FlyEgypt Reservation Department at least 48 hours before departure.

Small cats, dogs and falcons are accepted in the cabin with FlyEgypt. The combined weight of pets and carriers should not exceed 17 lbs (8 kg). Pets traveling in the cabin are charged the same fee as one excess piece of baggage, except on flights to U.S. and Canada, which will incur a fee of 1.5 pieces of excess baggage.

Cats and dogs who exceed the weight to travel in the cabin can be transported as checked baggage instead. Pets and carriers with a combined weight of 50 lbs (23 kg) are charged at the rate of one excess piece of baggage, pets and carriers weighing 50 - 70 lbs (23 - 32 kg) are charged at the rate of 1.5 pieces of excess baggage, except to U.S. or Canada, which are 2 pieces of excess baggage. Pets and carriers weighing between 70 - 99 lbs (32 - 45 kg) are charged at the rate of 2 pieces of excess baggage, except to U.S. and Canada, which are 3 pieces of excess baggage. Pets and carriers weighing between 99 - 165 lbs (45 - 75 kg) are charged at the rate of 2.5 pieces of excess baggage, except on flights to U.S. or Canada, which are 3.5 pieces of excess baggage.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers should not exceed 21" x 15" x 8" (55 cm + 40 cm + 20 cm). Carriers should be leak-proof and well-ventilated. For pets traveling as checked baggage, the recommended carrier size on all aircrafts is 39" x 26" x 28" (100 cm x 65 cm x 70 cm). Carriers should be clean, leak-proof, escape-proof, well-ventilated and made of fiberglass, metal or rigid plastic.
